1 Peter 1:8–12
In a world that demands proof and visibility, Peter invites us into a deeper reality—one where joy is birthed not from what we see, but from whom we trust. This message explores the mystery and majesty of salvation: foretold by prophets, fulfilled in Christ, and now entrusted to us. Though we have not seen Him, we love Him. Though our eyes have not beheld His face, our hearts rejoice with inexpressible glory.
We'll unpack two anchoring truths:
- Trusting the Unseen Christ — How love and loyalty to Jesus are sustained through spiritual revelation, not physical sight.
- Trusting the Revealed Mystery — How the gospel, once hidden and longed for by prophets and angels, is now our living inheritance.
This sermon calls us to live with anchored faith—faith that sees beyond the visible, rejoices in the eternal, and responds with obedience and awe. It’s a prophetic invitation to walk in the joy of salvation, even in seasons of suffering.
